Hi,

Since February beginning we both have been busy with our lives (work!). I have been travelling on account of my work and more or less based in Kakinada (AP) on the eastern coast of India for the past 04 months. This has affected the release of two of our songs which are half complete. None the less we are working independently on ‘music’ which is our primary goal.

Continuing in the spirit of ‘music’ I have worked on one of my favourite classical Psalm (Bhajan!) “Raghupati Raghav Raja Raam” which was incidently also favourite of one of my ideals, “Mahatma Gandhi”.

Tied of resources I played the music on the keyboard of my laptop and used ‘fruity loops’ for composing and ‘audition’ for recording the music. It took me three days from concept to final cut for the song and in the end I was quite happy with the result.

I hope you enjoy the song as much as I enjoyed composing it. Please leave your feedback or suggestions.

Recently I finished reading N N Taleb’s ‘Fooled by Randomness’, which says, life is a stochastic process filled with random variables…including you & I. Thus, sucess, in this process filled with randomness, can depend a huuuge lot on chance, which is generally referred to as ‘Luck’. After all, who knows if Metallica had not had their chance, they could’ve been playing at a roadside motel…ever thought of that?? A good read…will recommend to all my friends interested even a tiny bit in stats…and definitely to all MBAs.

As zZombie says, we have started working on our next original. As usual, I guess its gonna take long before the song is ready with its body and soul…distances kill in Mumbai.

Anyway, few good days now…Diwali holidays…will hopefully bring some peace in life. Happy Dipavali to all everyone. cyao.
